Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant field with 9–10+ years in SDET/embedded test domains.
• Proven automation leadership from design to implementation and deep exploratory testing.
• Strong software development skills in Python and C++, plus Bash scripting.
• Experience applying AI assistance while maintaining system integrity and maintainability.
• Experience testing across cloud, embedded, networking, IoT RTOS, simulations, emulators, or complex algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Architect Automation & Test Infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable test tools.
• Develop test plans, cases, and traceability for hardware/software integrations.
• Lead root-cause analysis, risk mitigation, and test stability efforts.
• Drive risk-based testing and ensure 100% coverage of critical paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies.
