Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain in Cleveland to maximize fill rate and optimize inventory while coordinating with Sourcing, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and Distribution. You will develop distribution plans, data-driven strategies, and KPIs to drive service levels and lower costs.

We value eight to twelve years of supply chain experience and proven leadership in Lean/6Sigma environments.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of corporate Supply Chain experience.
• 2–4 years of managerial experience within the Supply Chain.
• LEAN/6Sigma experience; CPIM/CSCP certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and support team members to meet goals.
• Drive continuous improvement programs and document SOPs in Supply Chain Planning.
• Partner on daily planning, purchasing, and product change processes.
• Synchronize throughput from finished goods and raw material suppliers to distribution.
• Manage backorders, outages, promotions, and launches with clear communication.
• Create roles with distribution leadership for intercompany transfers.
• Ensure alignment with Demand Planning to balance inventory.
