Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Manager, Supplier Shared Services to lead offshore Shared Services for Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, and Source-to-Pay, reporting to the Sr Manager, Shared Services within the Controller’s organization.

You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and drive process improvements, controls, and timely financial operations to support business objectives and working capital goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Financial Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Source-to-Pay, or Procure-to-Pay functions.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and controls.
• Experience with KPI/SLAs and working-capital metrics.
• Experience with offshore/shared services delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a fully offshore Financial Shared Services team to meet performance objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, invoicing, payments, inquiries, and exception handling.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Internal Controls for S2P execution.
• Establish internal controls and procedures across disbursement and employee expenses.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end close and provide reporting on payable trends.
