Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager, Supplier Shared Services in Lakeville/Boston to lead a fully offshore financial SSC focused on AP, employee expenses, and Source-to-Pay. You will drive process improvements, ensure strong controls, and partner with Procurement, Treasury, and Tax.

You’ll manage a global delivery model with emphasis on automation, KPI tracking, and high-quality service delivery to support working capital and compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Financial Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Source-to-Pay, or Procure-to-Pay functions.
• Knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes, including invoice processing and payment execution.
• Strong internal controls, compliance, and governance knowledge within AP.
• Experience establishing, monitoring, and reporting operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• ERP systems experience, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with offshore or global SSC delivery models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Supplier Shared Services function, including AP, expenses, and S2P activities.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Controls to ensure effective Source-to-Pay execution.
• Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures across disbursement and employee expense processes.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and metrics; drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
