Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring a Manager, Customer Shared Services in Lakeville, MA, to lead the day-to-day Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, and Cash Application operations. You will manage a fully offshore Shared Services team within a BPO model and partner with Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, and Finance to optimize working capital and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Financial Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit and Collections.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a fully offshore Financial Shared Services team, ensuring service levels and performance metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable activities including credit management, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, and Finance teams on credit policies and governance.
• Monitor customer credit risk and support credit decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and service delivery.
