Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Workforce Staffing Specialist for the Markham Manufacturing team. You will manage staffing, create adaptable schedules, and coordinate with HR and hiring teams to ensure optimal plant performance.

You will assist onboarding, payroll, and communications for the plant. You will interact with recruiters, managers, and HR to place the right people at the right time, support Workday training, and maintain daily attendance records while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact with a diverse employee population.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce staffing and create scheduling solutions based on business needs and absences.
• Process hourly transfers, promotions, and job changes, in line with bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters and hiring managers to determine staffing approaches for operations.
• Maintain timely communications with departments and hourly employees.
• Navigate staffing systems and timekeeping tools; support onboarding and Workday training.
• Assist managers with attendance and absence programs, audits and reporting.
