Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Manager, Customer Shared Services to lead day-to-day offshore financial operations, focusing on AR, credit, collections, and cash application. You will partner with Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, and Finance to balance risk and growth while driving process excellence.

The role reports to the Sr Manager, Shared Services and collaborates with Supplier Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Financial Shared Services, AR, Order-to-Cash or Credit & Collections.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including credit management and collections.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and service delivery optimization.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Leadership).
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore Shared Services, ensuring service levels and metrics are achieved.
• Oversee AR activities: credit management, collections, cash applications, disputes, deductions, and customer maintenance.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to align credit policies and collection strategies.
• Monitor credit risk and support credit decisions balancing growth and risk.
• Establish processes for high-risk accounts and escalate significant issues.
• Drive payment issue resolution and account reconciliations through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities for working capital.
• Prepare periodic reports and insights for leadership on AR performance and exposure.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance across processes.
• Lead continuous improvement with AI, automation, and best practices to standardize and optimize.
• Support close activities (month/quarter/year) and assist Treasury with receivable strategies.
