Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager, Customer Shared Services to lead the offshore financial SSC, focusing on accounts receivable, credit, collections and cash application. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to optimize working capital and drive process excellence.

You will establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance, while leveraging data and AI-driven automation to improve service delivery and close processes with accuracy. A high-level collaboration culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Financial Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit and Collections.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including credit, collections, cash application and deductions.
• Experience driving process improvements and service delivery optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a fully offshore Financial Shared Services team with KPI/SLA ownership.
• Oversee end-to-end AR activities: credit, collections, cash application, disputes, deductions, and customer account governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to balance growth with risk.
