Ocean Spray is seeking a Manager of Supplier Shared Services to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Accounts Payable, Employee Expenses, and Source‑to‑Pay, including a fully offshore Shared Services team. You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, and Accounting to drive efficiency and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on service delivery, performance metrics, and working capital optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Financial Shared Services, Accounts Payable, Source‑to‑Pay, or Procure‑to‑Pay functions.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end S2P processes and internal controls.
• Experience in KPIs, SLAs, and working capital performance metrics.
• Ability to drive process improvement, automation, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully offshore Financial Shared Services team and ensure service levels and performance objectives are met.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable operations, invoice processing, payments, and supplier inquiries.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Control teams to ensure seamless S2P execution.
• Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures across disbursement and employee expenses.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, cycle times, and aging to drive continuous improvement.
• Support month‑end/quarter‑end close and provide periodic payable insights to leadership.
