Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape enterprise strategy by turning market and financial insights into clear priorities and actionable plans.

The position will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization to advance growth opportunities, support portfolio decisions, and strengthen executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, science, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in strategy, general management, or corporate development.
• Proven track record in formulating and executing strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in health and science technology or complex B2B environments preferred.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting or high-impact corporate strategy roles is beneficial.
• Knowledge of M&A strategy and direct transaction experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization without direct authority.

It is well suited for a strategic thinker who can bring structure to ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $139,900 – $209,900 annually
