For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, Digital & Product to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role partners closely with the Chief Digital and Product Officer to bring structure, speed, and clarity to a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will help translate executive direction into actionable priorities, manage cross-functional execution, and ensure key programs move from concept to measurable results. This position also plays a critical role in supporting leadership decision-making by surfacing insights, evaluating new technologies, and removing obstacles in complex initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $161,532 - $242,298 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Digital and Product Officer
• Drive high-priority initiatives from definition through execution
• Translate strategic direction into actionable priorities and milestones
