Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead key projects in the Network Risk Operations team within the Global Payment Network. You will influence senior leadership, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives with a focus on operational excellence.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape prioritization, reporting, and delivery for high-priority programs, while coaching teams and building scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience is required.
• At least 6 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communications.
• At least 4 years of driving problem resolution and cross-organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority special projects for Head of Network Risk Operations and senior leadership.
• Analyze unstructured business challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms for a high-impact agenda.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
