Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communications experience.
• 4+ years of problem resolution and cross-organizational decision-making experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority special projects for the Head of Network Risk Operations and the senior leadership team.
• Identify and analyze unstructured business challenges, translating data into compelling stories and decision-ready recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic planning routines and leadership operating rhythms to deliver a high-impact agenda.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
