Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead high‑impact initiatives within the Network Risk Operations area of the Global Payment Network. You will work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to inform, influence, and drive outcomes that shape strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
• At least 4 years of experience driving problem resolution and cross-organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority special projects for the Head of Network Risk Operations and senior leadership.
• Identify and analyze unstructured business challenges; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate strategic planning and leadership operating rhythms to deliver a high-impact agenda.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership.
• Build relationships to ensure delivery of commitments across the organization.
