Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Project or program management, supply chain, customer solutions, business operations, strategy, or organizational transformation experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an integrated operating agenda across the Americas.
• Drive leadership rhythm: agenda planning, reviews, decision forums, governance.
• Prepare executive briefings and materials with clear insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional work for alignment and delivery.
• Monitor portfolio health and escalate issues to ensure milestones are met.
