Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an 18 month duration Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Portfolio supporting the Global Customer Solutions - Americas organization.

This role will partner with the Americas leadership team while leading critical cross-functional programs that advance customer experience, operational excellence, process harmonization, digital transformation, and business performance across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, operations, customer priorities, resources and financial implications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and other project, portfolio, collaboration, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an integrated operating agenda, priorities, goals and execution plans.
• Drive leadership rhythm with business reviews, decision forums and commitment follow-through.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations and decision materials with clear insights.
• Coordinate work across countries and functions and align regional/global stakeholders.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio of strategic initiatives and governance for intake, prioritization and closure.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within scope and budget; monitor portfolio health and KPIs.
