Responsabilidades

• Support governance and operating model for Americas partner network across NA.
• Track KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor partner performance.
• Assist in corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and operational readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely, structured manner.
