Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Requirements and Capabilities/Business Development - Strategic Deterrence Communications (Remote) to lead capture programs in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote position is US-based only; visa sponsorship is not available.

You will identify new initiatives, build senior stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with program management and engineering to craft price-to-win strategies and pursuit forecasts. A TS clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with NC3 systems and senior leader communications.
• Familiarity with RF products, voice/video conferencing, military satcom, and terrestrial networking.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Top Secret Security Clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business initiatives for strategic communications.
• Lead capture teams through all phases of capture activities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs.
• Develop and execute contact plans with senior executives.
• Advise on defense and national communications concepts of operations.
• Collaborate with program management and engineering teams for solutions.
• Create pursuit strategies and provide accurate forecasting of orders.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend price-to-win strategies.
