Job summary

X-energy LLC seeks a senior Customer Relationship Development professional to grow our customer base by identifying, developing and managing relationships in key market segments. You will work under Directors and Senior Directors within the Global Business Development team to drive engagement and qualification of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field (engineering, business or related).
• Typically ten years of experience in nuclear energy, electric power or related sectors.
• Experience with sales cycles in complex, regulated industries (nuclear, utilities or process industries).
• Experience supporting or developing responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned prospective and existing customers.
• Support planning and execution of customer engagements, including meetings, presentations, workshops, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Communicate customer insights and priorities to internal engineering, licensing, commercial, and executive teams.
• Develop and deliver tailored customer value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in implementing the CRM plan for key accounts.
• Track and manage customer communications and actions aligned with BD objectives.
• Coordinate logistics for customer meetings, site visits, and milestone events.
• Support capture strategies and business cases for new opportunities.
• Contribute to proposal development and related BD deliverables.
• Maintain awareness of nuclear industry trends and regulatory environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and export control regulations.
