X-energy is seeking a Director of Customer Relationship Management to lead market segment development for potential utility customers. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in the nuclear or electric power sector. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing customer engagement strategies, and providing insights to business leadership. The compensation ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 and includes a robust benefits package, along with expectations for in-office work at least 3 days a week.

Formación

• 10+ years in nuclear or electric power generation sector or related industries.
• Expert level knowledge of the sales cycle in nuclear power or electric utility.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in nuclear new build programs.
