• Background in healthcare customer service or contact centers preferred.
• Experience with process improvement and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
• Communicate results and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain reporting on departmental performance and trends.
• Improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Establish performance standards and monitor staffing levels and resource allocation.
• Oversee full patient order life cycle across multiple product lines.
