Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Murray, KY seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate entry, coordination and management of all warehouse activities within the Murray Distribution Center.

You will support the timely supply of products to our patient base and collaborate with the Warehouse and Patient Management systems. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Experience in medical field, distribution and inventory management, preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• English communication skills required.

Mansioni

• Assigns and conducts Aisle QA reviews; log and address findings.
• Communicate with team, management, vendors, and other departments in writing and verbally.
• Manage inventory databases and confirm accuracy with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Reconcile transaction activity across all applicable business systems.
• Establish relationships with department peers and other departments.
• Train staff, interns or volunteers performing related work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Plan and print waves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances; resolve issues.
