Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service activities, ensure adherence to policies, and support patients, referral sources, and payers. The role includes training CSR staff and maintaining service quality across locations.

The position requires coordinating with clinicians and admin staff while upholding company protocols and regulatory standards. Occasional travel to sites may occur.

Qualifications

• Background check required; individualized assessment based on duties, offense, and rehabilitation
• Drug screen where applicable
• Compliance with credentialing process when applicable
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with clean driving record when applicable

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving patient equipment problems
• Assist in securing billing documents and oxygen orders
• Train CSR staff at locations when needed
• Ensure courteous and efficient service to patients and referrals
• Maintain tracking of referrals and discharges
• Participate in Performance Improvement programs
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, and office staff
