Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment, repair and distribution activities of the Biomed Department.
• Assist Biomed Supervisor and Manager.
• Build effective working relationships across teams.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members; promote a positive work environment.
• Communicate with staff, management, vendors, and departments to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and communicate action plans.
• Identify training needs and support performance development plans.
