Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chain is required.
• 5+ years in a management role is required.
• Certification in customer experience or service management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives the strategic direction of the specialty pharmacy business by identifying opportunities and developing business cases, operational frameworks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Directs cross-functional coordination across pharmacy operations, fulfillment, inventory, customer support, and technology teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Establishes governance routines, escalation pathways, and operational controls to strengthen audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and service consistency.
• Drives transformation of workflows, onboarding practices, and operational routines to improve throughput, reduce rework, and standardize execution across teams and sites.
• Optimizes operational resource allocation, staffing coverage, and service capacity to balance delivery performance, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Influences senior stakeholders using metrics, trend analysis, and feedback to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Standardizes workflow systems, case management practices, and operational reporting to improve visibility and discipline.
• Resolves escalated operational issues and negotiates cross-functional trade-offs impacting service delivery.
