Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to lead a high-cost therapy pharmacy. This onsite role oversees operations, compliance, and clinical services while guiding staff and ensuring patient-centered care.

You will be responsible for regulatory readiness, licensure maintenance, quality oversight, and performance metrics, partnering across functions to meet business goals and service standards.

Qualifications

• Broad training in pharmacy, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Texas required.
• Pharmacist-in-Charge eligibility in the job's state or as required.
• Experience in high-volume, regulated, tech-enabled pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for high-cost advanced therapies dispensing.
• Maintain compliance with state boards, DEA, NABP, and accreditation standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage budget, metrics, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure service continuity and safety.
