Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead a high-cost therapy pharmacy in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will ensure compliance, oversee licensing, and drive financial and operational performance in a regulated environment.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive pharmacy operations experience, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support service continuity and growth. On-site role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Pharm.D. preferred and valid licensure in Texas.
• At least seven years in pharmacy operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience in high-volume, regulated, technology-enabled pharmacy environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations for high-cost therapies.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, DEA, NABP, and accreditation.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor workflow, service levels, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits.
• Drive process improvements and patient safety.
