Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge for a 100% onsite role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The position leads daily pharmacy operations for high-cost advanced therapies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and quality standards.

The candidate will oversee staffing, budgeting, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to support service continuity, patient care, and growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree preferred and active pharmacist license.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; licensure in relevant states as PIC.
• Experience leading high-volume, highly regulated, tech-enabled pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations and high-cost therapy dispensing.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and accreditation entities.
• Drive workflow efficiency, safety, and patient care standards.
