Qualificações

• PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in ambulatory infusion/home infusion.
• Experience in infusion services operations, workflow optimization, staff leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Direct ambulatory and alternate site infusion pharmacy operations across assigned market(s).
• Support optimization and expansion of infusion services in ambulatory and home infusion settings.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve patient access, referral capture, and infusion program performance.
• Develop scalable operational models and workflows for broader deployment across markets.
• Partner with executive leadership to align infusion services with organizational goals and compliance.
