Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge for a 100% onsite role in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead daily operations of a high-cost therapy pharmacy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency across the site.

Senior leadership will oversee staffing, workflow, and patient services while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business and clinical objectives. A Pharm.D.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
• 7+ years in pharmacy operations
• Experience as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) preferred
• High-volume, regulated, tech-enabled pharmacy operations experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of dispensing high-cost therapies in compliance with laws and standards
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain compliance with state boards, DEA, NABP and accreditation standards
• Lead staffing, workflow, patient service, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and corrective actions; liaise with boards and accrediting bodies
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost management; monitor KPIs and service levels
