Job summary

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Store Development, Procurement and Finance, plus vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of construction, store development, capital project management, or related experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Advanced project management; capital budgeting; contract negotiation; construction management; vendor management; schedule development; risk management; financial analysis; value engineering; SAP/Coupa proficiency; strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contracting, bidding, and vendor management including bid strategies and contract negotiations.
• Financial management and capital planning: budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
• Strategic planning and process improvement: develop standards and best practices; lead pilots.
• Construction oversight and execution: schedules, site visits, risk resolution, compliance.
• Stakeholder management and communication: align Operations, Sales, Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Finance.
• Safety and compliance leadership: ensure safety requirements and audits.
• Team leadership and development: mentor and allocate resources.
