Job summary

You will lead a team delivering premium experiences and represent the business at high-visibility events, focusing on electrification, IAQ, and refrigerant codes. You will manage strategy, marketing, and operations to attract local and national organizations, oversee events, and collaborate with marketing on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years industry sales experience; incl 2+ years people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC design and industry trends; deep understanding of Daikin products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a solutions sales strategy and operation plans for Solutions Plaza.
• Develop and execute strategy for rep and vertical market programs to utilize the experience center.
• Monitor effectiveness by tracking bookings after customer visits.
