Qualifications

- Knowledge of HVAC design and industry trends; Daikin product line familiarity.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to convey complex concepts.
- Self-starter with results orientation; strategic space utilization and leadership.
- Customer service mindset with adaptability to changing environments.
- Cultural competence and professional conduct in diverse settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a solutions sales strategy and operation plans.
- Develop and execute targeted programs for rep and vertical markets.
- Monitor bookings and measure the impact of the Solutions Plaza.
- Lead and mentor a team delivering premium customer experiences.
- Present at high-profile visits and internal/external events.
- Collaborate with marketing to manage displays and digital properties.
