Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Solutions Program Senior Manager in Jersey City, hybrid. You will lead the Solutions Plaza programming, shaping the customer experience and industry engagement with a focus on electrification, IAQ, and refrigerant codes.

You will guide strategy, manage a team of professionals, and collaborate with marketing to optimize space, events, and content delivery for executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years industry sales experience; incl 2+ years people leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC design and industry trends; strong Daikin product knowledge.
• Superior analytical and communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Self-starter with results orientation; develops strategies to maximize space utilization.
• Leadership and customer-service mindset; adaptable under pressure and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a solutions sales strategy and operation plans for Solutions Plaza.
• Develop programs targeting reps and vertical markets to maximize experience center utilization.
• Monitor effectiveness by tracking bookings after customer visits.
• Plan to expand utilization by attracting local and national organizations.
• Lead high-profile customer visits and oversee events to deliver unrivaled experiences.
• Manage a team delivering events, communications, and thought leadership on industry trends.
