Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 7 years related experience and/or training, preferably in commercial HVAC service.
• 5+ years people management experience; leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Demonstrated sales success in HVAC or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and align work and resources so that customer needs, contractual obligations, and service work are completed on time and with quality.
• Lead Account Managers toward growth in service, turnkey projects, and energy solutions.
• Build and maintain rapport with internal and external partners to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved.
• Coach and develop employees to maximize performance and potential; manage performance with feedback and reviews.
