Job summary

Fivetran seeks a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US team, driving revenue growth and customer success. You’ll grow and mentor a team of Solution Architects, partner with sales, and ensure technical excellence while shaping regional strategy.

You’ll recruit, screen, and develop talent, promoting a customer-obsessed culture and strong collaboration with the broader Americas revenue team. This role requires strong leadership and data-domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years in frontline management.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Reside in the Central US region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quotas through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
