Job summary

Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the North East US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role focuses on growing a team of Solutions Architects, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success.

You will build strong relationships with customers and partner with sales and the broader Americas revenue team, guiding our GTM strategy, mentoring staff, and maintaining a high talent bar.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Reside in the NE US region

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar
