Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Manager/Senior Manager in Chicago to provide high-touch sales support for Strategy and Consulting across the Americas. You will collaborate with the EPP team to shape pursuit strategy, create tailored client entry points, and drive go-to-market campaigns.

You will own executive summaries, lead orals, and develop assets for frontier AI-enabled solutions. You will mentor junior staff and work with senior stakeholders to ensure pursuit quality while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of work experience.
• 7+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cost reduction, SG&A and overhead productivity, operating model redesign, shared services or outsourcing transformation, or capital efficiency programs.
• At least 4 years in a management consulting firm, professional services firm, or internal corporate strategy function.
• Three engagements where you led pursuit strategy or solution shaping for executive-sponsored programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch sales support across Strategy and Consulting teams in the Americas.
• Partner with the EPP Americas practice and senior leaders to shape pursuit strategy and assets.
• Lead planning, origination, and campaign go-to-market efforts.
• Prepare for client conversations with tailored entry points and strong executive storytelling.
• Shape the overall solution, including value case, team, pricing, and differentiators.
• Develop frontline assets and keep a global repository of sales materials for reuse.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers on pursuit quality and AI fluency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent

Minimum 12 years of work experience
