Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/product operations, technical program management, or release management in a software-driven environment.
• Experience owning a software release cycle end-to-end, including build readiness and rollout.
• Proven track record building or improving feature and bug tracking systems at scale.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management between Engineering and Operations.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into operational readiness plans for teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise-Wide Customer and Operations Release Strategy and ensure scalable rollout.
• Define release readiness, governance standards, and risk gating for deployments.
• Align multi-year roadmaps with commercial expansion targets with senior leaders.
• Unify software, hardware, and platform release governance across interdependent changes.
• Establish release health metrics and report progress to executives.
• Standardize backlog hygiene and escalation paths across software releases.
• Own the software release cycle from build readiness to rollout in partnership with engineering.
