Aurora is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (Release Management) to lead end-to-end release operations and cadence across software and vehicle platforms. You will drive predictive prevention, automation, and auditable compliance in a high-velocity, safety-critical environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, safety, hardware, and test operations, orchestrating multi-branching while ensuring transparent communications and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on release experience in complex environments.
• Experience in safety-critical domains with rigorous configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end release operations and cadence across platforms.
• Coordinate release readiness with engineering, safety, hardware, and test ops.
• Drive predictive prevention and release automation using AI/ML for triage and anomaly detection.
• Establish automated Release Gates with a Single Source of Truth for compliance.
• Manage multi-branching across diverse customers and hardware configurations.
• Ensure auditable safety-compliant release documentation and governance.
