Sonatype is seeking a Senior Manager, SMB, North America to lead a high-velocity SMB sales team in a hybrid, Atlanta-based role with remote options. You will drive quota attainment, build scalable GTM practices, and embed AI-assisted productivity across the team to accelerate deals and improve forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly pipeline generation, deal coaching, and forecast accuracy across Velocity AE cohort.
• Inspect CRM hygiene and funnel conversion across all deal stages.
• Coach reps on technical product walk-throughs without SE partnerships.
