Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales, account management, or post-sales leadership experience across distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in leveraging AI, automation, and product telemetry to optimize high-volume operations.
• Operational expertise in post-sales, customer retention, churn mitigation, and expansion motions within SMB SaaS/IoT environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive a digital transformation by embedding AI automation and self-service tools across the customer journey.
• Lead a global, distributed inside sales and account management organization with offshore and on-site partners.
• Analyze churn and forecast to maximize retention and reduce friction in onboarding, billing, and product gaps.
• Automate lifecycle touchpoints with lifecycle marketing and product teams to improve customer health.
• Expand core ACV with multi-product cross-sell and build repeatable playbooks for attachment.
• Oversee renewals, optimize billing processes, and address customer sentiment publicly.
• Partner with Business Development to explore monetization strategies, including partnerships.
