Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to lead transformation initiatives, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and drive AI-enabled service delivery for clients. The role emphasizes client engagement, strategic roadmapping, and governance for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.

You will collaborate with EY’s AI&D teams, shape innovative solutions, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor teams across regions while navigating both technical and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years ServiceNow implementation or equivalent platform experience.
• 2–5 years NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Certifications in NOW platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow transformation teams in a client-facing role.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, plans and solution architectures with senior client executives.
• Act as engagement manager across design, development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources including offshore teams.
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
