Job summary

EY’s ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager role leads transformation teams in a rapidly growing business area. It is a client-facing position designed to motivate and develop teams and maintain client relationships, while advancing AI-driven solutions and assets.

You will spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership, shaping strategic perspectives and delivering cutting-edge solutions in partnership with EY’s AI & Data team, including NOW Assist, Moveworks, and AI Control Tower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 5‑7 years of relevant ServiceNow or equivalent platform implementation experience.
• 2‑5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Minimum one of the following ServiceNow certifications: Suite Certification – NOW Assist for ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics.
• Build and deploy AI-native solutions with EY’s AI & Data team to deliver end-to-end strategies.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality; lead both technical and non‑technical teams to implement solutions.
