Qualifications

• Typically, no less than 5‑7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements.

Skills

Ability to drive and support sales activities along‑side EY pursuit teams

Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations

Engagement management across all aspects of ServiceNow AI projects

Ability to manage 2‑3 engagements

Excellent business acumen

Expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities

Proficiency in developing and optimizing data pipelines for AI solutions

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Master’s degree preferred
