Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Leader to own and advance the New Verticals Search program. You will define strategy, run experiments, and translate insights into scalable product initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver measurable customer impact in a hybrid work environment. You will lead a small team with 8-12+ years of experience, drive data-informed decisions using SQL and modeling, and

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in product, analytics, or strategy roles in high-performance environments.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• BS/BA degree; MBA a plus; strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale DoorDash's New Verticals search initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Retail and more.
