Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a leader to head search for New Verticals, spanning Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail. You will define and execute initiatives, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, and drive measurable improvements in search relevance and conversion.

You will manage a small team, report to a Director on the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, and operate in a hybrid model with quarterly in-person days.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or engineering required
• MBA is a plus
• 8–12+ years of experience in relevant roles
• 2+ years leading teams
• SQL and Excel for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Define, execute and optimize product initiatives for New Verticals search
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to launch experiences
• Dive into data to measure impact and identify opportunities
