Job summary

DoorDash's New Verticals Shopping Experience team is seeking a senior leader to steer the Search function across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to define, execute and measure initiatives that speed and improve relevance of search across the app.

You’ll manage a small team, report to a Director on the New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, and work in a hybrid model with quarterly in-person days.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in relevant roles across tech, operations, or strategy.
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and automate with AI.
• Comfort with both high-level and detailed execution.
• BS/BA degree; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute and optimize product initiatives for New Verticals Search.
• Lead a cross-functional team with product, engineering and data science.
• Analyze data to improve search relevance and conversion.
• Build scalable search experiences across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.
