Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a leader to head Search for New Verticals (Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail). You will define, execute and optimize product initiatives to help customers quickly and confidently find what they want.

Work with Product, Engineering and Data Science to launch faster experiences, dive into data to measure impact, and coach a small team reporting to the Director of New Verticals Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

8-12+ years in high-performance environments.
2+ years leading high-performing teams.
Solve problems from first principles.
AI native; automate tasks with AI tools.
Comfort with both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
Customer focused; improve consumer experience.
Analytical; pull data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
Able to understand ML models and engineering architecture.
Thrives in ambiguity and startup environments.
Owner mindset; own outcomes.
BS/BA completed; MBA is a plus.
