Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager to run its banking business and grow into the GM role. This is a scale-driven, regulated venture with sponsor banks and processor partners, where your decisions will shape the business trajectory.

You will own the P&L, manage external partnerships end to end, and build the operating model to bring more banking capabilities in-house, while leading a team to accelerate growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with real operational stakes: a business line, large operational surface, or a P&L.
• Ability to structure vague, consequential problems.
• Comfort making calls and taking ownership with or without data.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L – user growth, revenue per user, cost to serve.
• Build the operating model for a regulated financial product with clear controls.
• Own external partnerships end to end and negotiate terms.
• Identify next growth levers in a scaled business and advocate investment.
• Develop and lead a team of operators; scale headcount accordingly.
• Represent the business to DoorDash leadership as its owner.
